I think there is too much cloud cover for a nice sunrise ambience but on the other hand the colour the cloud cover casts gives a neutral calm mood to the still water surface giving a sense of tranquility, maybe.

The old boat is wonderful not sure I like the star fx on the lights...maybe too sharp with everything else in the photo. The panorama is beautiful nonetheless.
